Exhaust wool 500g

Multi Air Exhaust Silencer Packing Looking for a reliable way to reduce bike noise, restore optimal exhaust backpressure, and protect your silencer from burning out? Multi Air Exhaust Silencer Packing is a premium loose fiberglass wool designed to withstand extreme temperatures and pressure waves in both 2-stroke (2T) and 4-stroke (4T) motocross, enduro, and street motorcycles. Regularly repacking your silencer is essential not only to pass track sound tests but also directly impacts the smooth power delivery of your engine.
SKU: 700130
Key features and benefits:
  • High Temperature Resistance: The specialized fiberglass structure reliably withstands extreme exhaust gas temperatures without melting or burning.
  • Superior Noise Damping: Effectively absorbs harsh sound waves, restoring the correct, deep, and healthy tone of your exhaust.
  • Stability & Longevity: The long-strand fibers resist blowing out much better than standard low-grade alternatives, extending your service intervals.
  • Universal Fit: Perfect for both OEM and aftermarket silencers (such as FMF, Akrapovič, Pro Circuit, and others).
Directions for use:
  1. Disassemble the exhaust muffler canister and remove the old, burnt, or oil-soaked packing.
  2. Clean the inner perforated core tube to remove any accumulated carbon build-up.
  3. Wrap the new Multi Air packing evenly around the perforated core tube. Tip: Do not wrap it too tightly, as it needs some loft to absorb sound, but not too loosely, to prevent it from blowing out.
  4. Secure the wrapped packing with a small piece of paper tape or wire (to make re-assembly easier), slide the core back into the canister, and re-rivet or bolt the silencer together.
  5. Keep your bike's performance under control and give your exhaust professional care with the original from Multi Air!
(Note: The package contains 1pc of exhaust packing weighing 500g).
